Overview:

FML analyzed the redevelopment of a drag strip  in Alabama. They reviewed the existing facility structure and activity.  In addition, they prepared a business plan and economic impact analysis.  The facility has been closed for several years and the new owners wanted to evaluate the reopening of the drag strip. They wanted to see if it would compliment their nearby entertainment and gaming venue.
